This blog will be about how far I am in my project. The due date is almost here! It is due on Wednesday. First I will tell how well I think I will do. Second, I will tell you where I am. Finally, I will say when I plan to turn it in and what I need to still do.
I think I will do pretty good. I think that because I have a good amount of B-roll of a good variety. Also I got some good answers from my interviews that gives me what I need for a good news story.I have been going smooth so far.
I am at a good point on my project. I have gotten all the interviews into the sequence easily and I have some parts where the B-roll matches perfectly with the words being said. I have not had any problems at all except for having to find out how to fade on and off lower thirds.I have done a good amount of work for how much longer I have.
I plan to turn in my first draft by Monday. I will then have 1 and a half class periods to finish the rest. I say one and a half because I still have to record and put in the voice overs and stand-up, also because it might take time to have Mr. M view it. I also have to do radios that are due on Thursday that might take time away from my project.
Over all, I only have a couple more days to turn it in completed. I also have many other things to do that will take time away from my project, but I know I will turn it in on time and have it done good. If you would like to see my completed video, come back in a week and I will have a new page with the video and all my other videos. See
I am in 8th grade in my school's Advanced Media class. I love this class and I have been having lots of fun in it. This past year we went to San Diego, where STN was held, and the year before it was in Orlando. This year it was in Atlanta, Georgia.
